Well, if'n ya want an oppinion on the matter i'd suggest calling the lady at SW and give the whole thing to her straight again kinda like you did here and tell her you want to work there (if you really do). Then ditch the ORCP for a job with sanity. I've spent a lot of time in past couple of years in jobs that i love but for the working environment and it drives ya batty!

Take sanity over the other stuff!
(that's my opinion anyway)
