Or you could leave the hood off, and see how much longer it can survive.. ;-)

holy FUCK you're lurking me. that was like a 2-min-after-post reply.

(not that I'm upset; that was just ... unexpected.)

anyways ...

I COULD, esp considering how cold it is, but since I'm driving a 1989 chrystler new yorker, i think that maybe it needs be taken out to the pasture ... and shot.

Ha. Good timing, I suppose. I don't read your journal - just happened to look at someone else's /friends page.

If it were up to me, I'd have fun and see how long it could be made to run given only duct tape and zip ties, but it depends on how reliable you need it to be. If you drive cars into the ground (and it sounds like you do), civics or nissans are definitely both good choices. Chrysler? Yeah, not so much. ;-)

I'm picturing the Office Space scene.. kicking the printer in.. baseball bats..

I can see you in a Nissan Sentra more so than a Honda Civic.
Leave the Civics for female college/high school students and Asian drivers.

I would like to recommend a Mazda 3. I was going to buy a Civic till I drove the Mazda. I liked it much better. It costs about the same. You are welcome to test mine out if you'd like...

I happen to have one as well and I highly recommend it. The new Civics are ugly pieces of shit anyhow.
