OK so the Eagles didn't make it to the Superbowl. I'm watching and rooting for the Saints. Here's hoping they close the gap and overtake the Colts soon.
The Superbowl is also making me think more about maybe someday being a team physician, whether local or national. We'll see. I'm investigating. -
I hated today's race
I seriously hated today's race. I wasn't feeling into it, around 4 miles I started walking and spent the rest of the race mainly walking but occasionally jogging. New Year's Resolutions
2010 Resolutions:
1) Run at least two half marathons
2) Keep my weight under 145.
3) Do my best to get a residency at Womack.
4) Get to a running age grade of 53%. -
