Stepped on the scale this morning and see that I have lost 2.5 pounds. Sounds good, except that it's part of the 3.5 pounds I put in in Toronto. Sigh. Bounce bounce bounce ....
I have lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers, which is just under half of what I need to lose, and yet I have stayed here for over six months now. Why? I bounce up and down
