I went Christmas shopping this weekend. Yes, you read that right.  I had started out doing errands- like dropping my boots off at the shoe repair to get the zipper fixed- but got sidetracked by all the sales

That's like I got the softest, most fleecy electric blanket for Christmas, and now I cannot wait to go to bed!

I've probably missed a ton of after-holiday sales. It's just as well, though, since I really can't spare the $ :sigh:

Those sheets are the most decadent things ever... and with the wind howling out there, I can hear them calling me.
As for the sales ... it was a choice of pulling out the old VISA and paying it off later, or really kicking my butt if I missed those deals. My Scottish blood left me no choice.
