Out of the mouths of babes

For no real reason, I decided to colour my hair this weekend.  Fall fever?  Just a 28-day rinse, but something to brighten it a bit.  I picked up the colour I have used before - medium auburn.  Quite close to my natural colour, but a little more vibrant.  The box said "new and improved"...

Uh huh.

Medium auburn, no.  Metallic copper-orange-pink, yes.

I know how you feel, sweetie! I got this shampoo stuff from my salon once. It was supposed to "brighten" dyed red hair, make it more vibrant. Yeah, it turned my hair PINK! Hot freaking PINK! I was mortified!! *huggles*

Pink is very hot when you do it right - it didn't work so well on me though *g* Fortunately, it faded very quickly :D
