Sorry to read you having a tough time at the new job but maybe you can take the opportunity to assert yourself. make decisions for the shitty customers that dont know any better. if you act like you know what they want from the beginning, then they wont complain about asking for the wrong thing.
90% of a job that deals directly with customers is about trying to satisfy them, and so, even if their order is wrong it's most important that you recover gracefully. meaning, you dont have to apologize if you can make them walk away with a smile about their purchase.
Furthermore, you work well with others, you dont steal. When you get your groove your an awesome employee. Don't let the first month at a new job ruin your mojo. Your suppose to make mistakes doing your first month. Keep in mind that your coworkers that dont make mistakes now, did make mistakes in the past. specifically in the beginning.
