Woo-hoo, got my yearly flight physical and was quite happy with the results. Not only am I 2 pounds lighter than last year, but I no longer am required to wear glasses while flying (managed to pass the eye test without them). Finished my final training flight on Friday, am now waiting for my CFII checkride. They've announced that the new hire class ( Read more... )

Hopefully that goes smoothly (praying for calm winds and that the check pilot has me do a soft-field and not a short-field landing).
