Well, it's official the cell phone nazis are out in force in california. It is now illegal to talk on your cell phone while driving without a hands free device. I am going to sue the state, and take it to the supreme court. I believe the constitution gives me the right to talk and drive at the same time. I think its the 52nd amendment. It says that
