help for my baby sister

anyone here who lives in Wyoming or knows someone in Wyoming? my sister is broken down in Casper (I have no idea why she is there) and could use some help, she is looking for a tow to get to tennessee because her nursing school program in Vanderbilt starts up soon. I have no idea what's wrong with her car, but while we are in wyoming we don't
