Bother

I swear, romancing ladies used to be so much easier. I don't know whether I prefer it here at the big college where most of the wonderful women have boyfriends, or back at Pomona where most of the women were single, but viciously so.

That's why it's all about the freshmen. Er, freshwomen. I prefer the ones who were socially out-of-it in high school; that way, they're less likely to have been pre-dated.

And, if it comes down to it, you can always date high schoolers. The trick is finding a venue in which to encounter them.

Hey! Keep it down. I mean, I completely agree with you. It's just that SOME people disapprove of guys our age even looking at a freshman girl, let alone the high school gals.

Honestly, we guys get no breaks.

Maybe, but really, if someone considers a relationship between an 18-year-old girl and 22-year-old guy to be "forbidden love," who cares what they think?

But, yeah, high school girls are where it's at. College upperclasswomen tend to get this entitled vibe to them ("I deserve your devotion"), plus they've usually spent the past few years "exploring their sexuality." Shudder.
