It will be May, arguably the most important month of my high school career. But I'm not going to sweat it. In fact, I won't sweat it -- I'm just going to do my best and watch those IB courses drop off like flies ( Read more... )

Good plan--working at Borders would be an awesome job!

P.S. IB exams suck!

It seems like a nice, quiet, stress-free place. Too bad a job there would be after buying all those darn books for English. Think of the money I could have saved!!

oh man, everything you write makes me smile.
1) i have foulis. she is PSYCHO. but she likes me, which is good, so she doesn't go crazy on me.
2) i need to take behind-the-wheel. i could've gotten my license the third day of school or so, therefore i am overdue as well (but you moreso than myself)
3) I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO WORK AT BORDERS! i applied but i don't want to work at the cafe, either. and i applied before i had worked at express, so it's doubtful they'd hire me (without experience) anyways.
4) i can't wait 'till i can drive to a future job and school. man oh man.
5) i still love your icon everytime i see it, and i just rented 'a hard day's night' and i can't wait to watch it.

mmmk. i'm done.

Thank you :)

Ms. Foulis likes me too, which is good I guess. It could always be a lot worse...
And borders will hopefully be an awesome job -- if all goes well and I get to work there. If you ever get more time on your hands, you should apply...
And it'll be too late for me to drive to school on my own (sigh) but the freedom of driving anywhere on my own is definitely loooong overdue...
And I really wanna see that movie, but I have a strange feeling I won't like it. I'll never know until I see it, though....

You should apply... Border's is such a happy place, isn't it?

To get Mrs. Foulis to like you, you should:
a. Never talk in class (especially while she's talking),
b. Do all your homework, and
c. Ask questions about the homework.

Do these for the first two quarters or so and you should be set for the rest of the year...
