I'd have to say it was mostly reading the follow-up articles where GRRM said he was nearly finished the next book and it would be out this Autumn.

Cool trailer though. Just imagine if there was original material to work with!

GRRM is a joke at this stage - I love the books and have read them several times through, but dear god his respect for his waiting fan base is apparently non-existent. I'd say its unlikely I'll rush to buy the next one - I bought feast for Crows the day it came out and lugged the hardback on holiday with me!
