Again, I have good intentions of coming in and doing a real update, but I'm too tired tonight. Lol and lazy. But I wanted to just jot down about Landon's first week of little league. This is his first season of little league. No more tball, thank you sweet baby Jesus...I mean, it was cute the first year but shit, let's move on already, right?? So, ( Read more... )

Can I just say how jealous I am! I just got an email from the baseball coordinator that Collin will not be able to play with the 7-8 league because his birthday is too late. So my kid, who has played tball (clinic) for 2 years will have to play tball again! Adding insult to injury...he and Brady will be playing together. I haven't told him yet and he will NOT be happy. :( If I could get a refund I'd sign him up in the other league in town where he could actually play ball. sigh.

Okay...I just totally hijacked your post and dumped on you. LOL Sorry about that.

Go Landon!

That does totally suck girl. I would see if they would give you the refund. Poor Colin. Landon would be all bent about it too!!

That does stink. I would ask for a refund too and point out that he's had to do T-ball twice already and would be with his little brother. They ought to understand!

Go Landon! That's awesome that he is a natural!

This reminds me I need to find out if Hunter is still in T-ball or coach pitched this summer.

It's so fun. And the parents are all totally into. I'm sure Landon is gonna tell me to pipe it down pretty soon! ;)

Ava played T-ball last year and really enjoyed it. She was the tallest one on the team (she had mostly short 4 year old boys with her). She looked like she shouldn't have been out there- I bet some of the other parents were wondering...LOL. Anyway, she wanted to play softball this year, but with dance and gymnastics (and Sissy in those too), I just couldn't swing the commitment. I haven't figured out how to balance it all!

I am late to reply, but reading this now is perfect timing. I just signed Liam up for Baseball this summer. He LOVES it, and it so looking forward to it. His daddy played AAA ball when he was young, so he has been throwing and catching the ball since he was able to.

That is awesome that Brett made them a ball diamond!
