So I went to the docs again today... turns out that the front tendant in my rotator cuff is torn bad, and my AC is seperated from my shoulder, so I have a shoulder seperation also, which is why my shoulder is hanging farther down than n ormal... i'm goin to a shoulder specialist on wednesday or sooner to see if I need surgery.... hope for the best
