Hello, dear friends. How are you today? 

I gave Lynda her wedding shawl yesterday. She seemed to like it. Monday is going to be our last lesson. I have known her since I was eleven years old. She predates everyone who reads this journal, and it's going to be strange to see her walk out of my house for the last time. She gave me a voice.

It's my last day at work. When will I ever update this thing now?

All in all, I have liked working here. The chair is awful, and some of the customers are truly annoying, and the voices over the phone have made me cringe. But I have talked about books with kids, and that is priceless. It was a great run.
