Several years ago, I changed my projector. I noticed that it now took several minutes to get a HDMI signal. I hunted and searched off and on for those same years to see if there was a fix that would solve it (

If it's just the HDMI, then yes, replacing the 100uF capacitors will help (according to
http://www.avsforum.com/t/1246078/how-to-diy-tx-sr576-tx-sr606-etc-hdmi-daughterboard-repair-for-dummies/540
you'll only have a couple.)
In the same article, it mentions something about adding 1uF capacitors over the regulators as well.
