This is the fourth damn time I've done this new years meme. Makes me feel old and awesome at the same time. w00t for traditions!

1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Been excited and very assured about my future and my life that's coming soon XD

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Fourth year in a row answer: New Years resolutions are against my religion... I belong to the Church of Randi. If it makes me feel bad, i dont believe in it.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
A couple friends/families of friends, but nothing solid.

4. Did anyone close to you die? Literally? No. Figuratively, I guess. I went through the whole "death of who I could have been" thing, which was interesting and totally emo at the same time. (which before now, I thought was impossible)

5. What countries did you visit? Canada and USA

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? A boy that won't leave the damn state. Seriously, this is getting obnoxious. Also, getting done with more classes would have been nice.

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? May 25th, the seizure that brought back my epilepsy.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? I grew up. I stopped trying to cling to the past and I've started embrasing the future (but still having issue with the present XP)

9. What was your biggest failure? Finding a type of life to lead that will not cause me seizures.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? If you don't know this, then you haven't been reading this survey very well.

11. What was the best thing you bought? My mac

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? Michelle. That bitch is awesome.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Fourth year in a row answer? George Bush.

14. Where did most of your money go? School, things that keep me in trouble, music, and fucking campus food. They got all my damn money.

15. What did you get really excited about? Continuum. I'm sure there were other things too, but Continuum was fucking amazing.

16. What song will always remind you of 2006?
Promiscous - Nelly Furtado, Continuum, Wow, I Can Be Sexual Too - Say Anything
17. Compared to this time last year, are you
i. happier or sadder?: sadder
ii. thinner or fatter? fatter
iii. richer or poorer? about the same.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Taking more classes.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Having seiures.

20. How did you spend New Year's? Party hopping with Khaki (i think) and Michelle (there may have been someone else there too...). Drinking champagne and seeing people that knew my sister in highschool. Wicked fun, but kind of weird.

22. Did you fall in love in 2006? Maybe

24. What was your favorite TV program? of 2006? Firefly/Veronica Mars

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Not a chance, I've only met lovely people.

29. What did you want and not get? lots and lots and lots of money

30. What was your favorite film of this year? About a Boy, The Devil Wears Prada, The Matrix

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? not having seizures.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006? Cute with a side of being a bum.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, JASON DOHRING.

36. What political issue stirred you the most? George damn Bush. Dick Cheney shooting a guy in the face stirred me, but in a good way, so it's all gravy.

37. Who did you miss? He Who Shall Not Be Named

38. Who was the best new person you met? Too many awesome people to count.

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

"Underneath the skin
An empty space to fill in
Well therere so many sinking now
Youve got to keep thinking
You can make it thru these waves"
--Joni Mitchell - Blue.
