There's a bug on the wall. Although this is not what I think he actually is, when I look at him, the word that comes to mind is SLUG.
We went and saw Soul Patch again last night. When we got there, he ate the food we gave him too fast and he threw up thrice. This, paired with the smell of his litterbox, thoroughly disgusted my roommies. Not I, my friends. He was lonely too, so we played for awhile. And then I browsed, at my leisure, the largest and oddest collection of music I've yet viewed in my almost 20 years of existence. Come home with some Coldplay though, and I decided that today at work, all I'm going to listen to is Chris Martin. Chris Martin, who makes up for the fact that Cub doesn't sell cinnamon Orbit and Chris Martin who helps me cope with the fact that the bug on the wall is crawling nearer with each passing second and really making me question what about bugs allows them to crawl straight DOWN a wall. Ever heard of gravity slug? What are you doing???
Grocery shopping, for some reason, was extremely enjoyable last night. We spent a lot of time in the cosmetic section.... got some nail polish, lotion, and lip stuff... maybe it's just me, but I like feeling soft/pretty. Also, I got that Dove deodorant that says it'll turn your "armpits" into "underarms" in 7 days. DAY ONE: No, it really is soft. And maybe it has a tinge of shimmer, which is pleasant while unnecessary.
Yes, updating at work does induce some odd posts, but in this moment, that's okay with me.
We live in a beautiful world. Yeah, we do.
