I've been enjoying the hell out of these bits! I love the whole road trip vibe, the easy camaraderie, the weird locations. Everything! :D

Oh, thank you! I'm so glad that you're enjoying it!

I'm having a bit too much fun with the locations. I was all set to send them to Floydada and Turkey, TX (Pumpkin capital of the US/home of the Hotel Turkey) but then I saw Heckville on the map and the route changed. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I sort of want to go see a lot of these places now.

Ughh, these stories make me want to get in my car and drive. And I loved all the little things you threw in about San Antonio.

I think this story is halfway my 'I can't go on a vacation for a long time so I'm just going to write one' story. It's been so much fun discovering all these places, though!

And hopefully I didn't screw up San Antonio too badly. After writing this part, I really want to go visit!
