I think its the weather. I'm having issues too. I go to bed at 12, fight to wake up at 8 (I work at 9), and then need a two+ hour nap around 5. Its ridiculous. The days I get up at 630 for gym I am exhausted all day and barely manage to keep my eyes open till 11. I'm not snoring, I sleep ok, I'm working out and eating fine, I'm just tired ALL THE TIME. Ugh!!! I've decided that even 1800mc of Vitamin D only helps so much when you never see the sun. Cannot WAIT for spring!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Part of me was wondering if I was also just overwhelmed and reacting to it physically.

Hahah well I might also be there, so... yeah :) You can always try a sleeplog, I saw one of them today on lifehacker:

Ooo, that idea seems like a good one but also terrifies me a bit. Although given I really didn't sleep at all this past night, maybe I should give it a go.
