When I read the first sentence, I was totally expecting this story to be about how you called the cops on this guy. Even more hilarious that he managed to get himself arrested by taunting the officers.

If I were you, I probably would've made a lot of noise complaints to the non-emergency police by now.

Yeah, calling the cops on him is something I've wanted to do for awhile. I think one day his mom overheard J and I having a conversation about calling the cops on him since for awhile after she started reminding him about people calling the cops. He's been in trouble with the law before so I think she was afraid he'd end up in jail on a more permanent basis.
