okay so i kinda ended up house shopping today. Didn't really mean to but hey whatever. My mommie took me to look at the house she just got. My parents are having to move because of sugar there dog. When they first got sugar she was the size of a newborn kitten. now shes about 75lbs (and still growing) they just don't have enough room for her

I say go for it if it seems right to you... there's nothing there that can't be fixed unless the inspector says it's really bad off. I'm not a carpenter or anything, but I've done lil home improvements and stuff, so I'd be glad to help... keep us updated :) I'm glad you're okay and alive n stuff... haven't seen you in a while :(
