Glad to hear you survive with both your eyes still in place, though at some risk to your dignity.

Once when my cat was a kitten, he jumped into the filled bathtub out of curiosity, and hopped back out so quickly on his paws got wet. I would NEVER attempt a bath for him, but I did try to give him children's Benadryl once for a cold he got at the vet. Also inadvisable.

Sounds painful. Odd, though. Cats usually take really good care of themselves...

I wash my cat by putting some water in a really big cooking pot in a deep sink (kitchen, usually), then putting the cat in the pot and run the faucet over her to get the water everywhere.

Don't forget to clean your battle scars.

Put the pot on the stove and make sure the water's really hot, first, maybe?

Ouch!! Sounds painful!!! I wouldn't even consider trying with mine; she *would* raise merry hell! It's bad enough trying to get pills down her throat!
