Miraculously I appear to have gotten lucky. I sent out an email last night and got a response from both other group members within an hour or two. So far, so good.

Well, can't be all bad. If you have people actually paying their own way through college, the tend to respond a little better and, for the ones that don't, the group can ask the teacher to oust them.
