Well, after two months the new roommate is moving out. Apparently his budget can't really handle what I'm charging and a room in a friend's house recently opened up

Hey, I've got a recently-moved-to-the-US friend from Australia who's looking. Price range is about right. He's 22, has his undergrad in CS, and is working downtown doing some sort of car traffic sensor data processing thing. Also, kinda gay. He has no pets, and not a lot of furniture. He's stably employed, but doesn't have much in the way of a US credit record.
