It's REALLY hard to get up when the weather outside is perfect for sleeping. It's raining so hard!!! It hasn't rained in the morning here for forever. It rains every day in the afternoon/evening. I must admit, I'm a little sick of the tropics...I don't even go to the beach anymore!

What is a shop caller?

ya know like when you're working for reservations or sales at a property and you get "shopped." Well if you don't know, what I do is:
They give me a list of hotels with their numbers and whether I need to call in Spanish or in English. I call them and pretend I want to stay at the hotel so I have to make up a scenario and different names and stuff each time. The call is recorded and my bosses listen to them and grade the call, the score is then sent to the hotel, so it grades the quality and the level at which the agents are working. Some people even get fired from too many low grades on shop calls. So yeah, the point is to make it as believable as possible so they don't know that they're getting shopped. Properties hire companies like the one I'm working for so they can know how their agents are doing.
It's easy haha and I learn.
