Patrick told me once, when I first broke up with my Mike, in this case we will call him Steve, but I swear all of those thoughts and feeling you are having are real and they are normal...so that makes them really normal, he told me that I was going to grieve, that no matter what my decision was, it was still a loss and that I was going to grieve. You are doing that...but it sounds to me from reading your entry that you pretty much understand what you are going through...the beauty about writing in a journal is that our answers are all there in front of us waiting to be discovered...look back over your entry and mull over any and all of the ideas you have down...Reading what you wrote put all of mine into perspective...my heart feels the same way too...you are intelligent and you can understand and convey your emotions into thought, something I need to learn how to do...that is a real plus.
