Okay, so. Now that I'm working with kids, I have to be extra-super-careful about things like fannish life. So I'm gonna go friends-only. If at all possible please add me :) I loved reading about your travels - I know I know vicarious living - it will be the end of me. Also I just love your headline - or what ever it is called - about the world being a book - seriously I live in a community that most people don't even have a book. :) If you need more or wanted less let me know :)

Yeah, I work for a State Premier.

It always makes me think what I'm putting out there, fortunately I am small fish, in the bureaucratic pool, and it's a fairly liberal bunch of co-workers.

But it is the main reason why I've stayed away from Harry Potter fanfiction, that...I don't know if I can justify. Especially with fairly strict laws in Australia with child pornography (yes, even including fictional children).

(and I'm posting this from an internet cafe, not from work).

What age kids do you work with? At the moment I teach undergrads, though next year it'll be actual pre-adults.
