The Purposed Congressional Budget for 2006

I just watched about an hour of debate on CSPAN. It appears that for next year’s Congressional budget, the Republicans want to cut spending for Medicare, charity groups (mostly Christian run), and college loans. C.S. Lewis was Church of England and I am pretty sure they don't believe in transubstantiation of the host.

I think the real solution here is to introduce the slavery of a race of furry-footed pigmy people and increase the wizard-congressman ratio by 200%. slave hobbits + one gandalf the grey for every small child ted the ever-hungry kennedy knocks back = profits.
