Um. I have to just say "ditto" to zinnia_rose's comments above. Time and space saver! lol But specifically, Kalinda's inner monologue in the church was fabulous and insightful.

It's a relief after all the incredibly unlikely sex you girls think I ought to have with that woman to find something like this. You seem to have a lot of emotional insight into their relationship, so I'm guessing you're straight rather than one of those people blinded by their own sexuality into thinking that Alicia ought to gay up for Kalinda.

However, this part:
"There are words unadorned and difficult and thick with tenderness. There are tears..."

I hope you don't mean that Alicia cries here? Because she wouldn't - not over Kalinda. I didn't want to cry in that scene in "Getting Off" - the director made me do ONE take where I cried, and of course that's the one they used! Fuckers...

Still, it's nice to find a fanfic writer who isn't a crazy cat lady!
