Just pick any actor at random. Or choose a musician.

Okay. Paul Simon?

Oh, that's easy. Paul Simon was featured in the TMBG documentary Gigantic.
Oh, wait, you meant the other Paul Simon. Okay, that's a bit trickier.

1) In 1999, folk legends Paul Simon and Bob Dylan toured together across the country. 2) Later, Dylan would feature a song on his XM radio show by none other than - They Might Be Giants

Got any more?

So. Soulja Boy, Django Reinhardt, and Charlie Chapman.

Soulja Boy = sucky music, TMBG = non sucky music
Sorry, but there's no possible way to link the two.

Django Reinhardt... now I might be able to get somewhere with him. I'll get back to you on that one.

Charlie Chapman... I can find nothing on. Were you perhaps thinking of Charlie Chaplin?

Yes, Chaplin. Not thinking so well these days.

Reinhardt is kind of hard because he predates them by so long, so I had to turn to the magical world of film and television. Here goes.

1) Reinhardt's music has been used in a ton of movies and TV shows, one such example being 'The Blue Comet', an episode of The Sopranos. 2) Many actors from the show have also appeared in Law and Order. 3) One other notable L&O guest star was Stephen Colbert, of the Colbert Report. 4) From the Report we go to its big brother, The Daily Show. 5) While the Daily Show's theme song was composed by Bob Mould of Husker Du, it was actually performed by none other than - They Might Be Giants
