After years of pooh-poohing such activities, I have become a video game addict.  I'm spending far too much time playing various iterations of Final Fantasy.  I'm about halfway through FF IX, and have just recently started my adventures in the 8-bit world of the original.

The only help I can offer is in the form of advice. Limit your daily use, and try to keep decent posture.
