Liftoff!
Went out with Tara and helped her son launch the model rocket I got him. It was fun and he enjoyed, so did the other kids in the park. Only problem was that the kit came with B level engines, not the A first flight ones....so it went higher and further than expected. I may go and get a rocket of my own now :P ( Read more... ) -
Munchkin
Got a new card game a couple days ago. Plan to play it tomorrow. It's called munchkin. There are like 7 expansion sets that go with it, complete with new rules to keep your game interesting. The Taurine Goes Straight to My Brain
I gots me new laptop! Netbook to be exact. An ASUS 1001P. Standard shit: 10 inch monitor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB Hard Drive, Windows 7 Starter. Only thing that really sets it apart is that it has a 2nd quick launch OS for web and video and chat and so on, in addition to an 11 hour batters (standard is usually 3). It's very nice. Is it just my imagination, or is Hollywood out of ideas? I just found out that Sony is going to reboot/remake Spiderman.... it's only been 7 years! Next thing you know, they are going to try an reboot Harry Potter. Mark my words, as soon as the last movie comes out, there will be a reboot.
