good lord - that straight-arm arc db row looks painful... so you lay face down on an incline bench and 'swing' (Sorta?) your arms straight forward and all the way back, keeping your arm straight? i looked at the pic on T-nation but hard to tell.

i'm trying to figure out how that hit the lats.. i can see shoulders and tris...

Well its still a row. And I just checked in the mirror, and the lats do flare out on this one. Maybe try it at the end of one of your workouts, bring a towel. I did 40, rest 10sec, 30 rest, 20 rest, 15, 15. And yeah the medial deltoids were hard as a rock, lats not as much tris not at all. Gotta keep your arms straight and go all the way back as far as you can.

maybe i'll give it a shot tomorrow. but i'll need to do super low weights if i'm even going to hit 100!
