* 1-leg curls 6x30 6x40
* Lying Leg Curls 10x90 120 130
* Stiff leg DL 3x12 x135
* Haney Shrugs on Smith 2x8x105 2x8x125
* Cable rope hammer curls 25x100
* Bench crunch 3x10



-Seems like it takes forever to warm up on squats. My legs were painful for the first 7 sets then felt good. Feeling stronger on them. Yay.
-I tried the 1-leg curls but my left knee was hating the pad so I jumped on lying leg curls. Why did my leg hurt?
-Bench crunch killed me. My upper most abs are real sore.
