*Auspex is carefully perched on the edge of a desk in Blazer's quarters, watching with softly glowing optics as her brother recharges. She's also watching as Tessera scrambles around over berth and brother and just about any available stable surface. The little femme's antics earn an amused smile from the servant.*
Tessera: *happy happy happy! Peeks into Blazer's intake. Scampers down onto the bunk. happyhappyhapppy....!*
Blazer: *FLINCH! Puts his hand up to catch the little tickler, then blinks his optics on to look at his captive* ...Silly Chiproach.... *pauses and glances up at the ceiling* Ahh, I made it home. *holds little roach to his chest as his optics flicker back toward recharge.
Auspex: *blinkblinks, leaning forward a bit in concern, until she understands just why he jumped; she chuckles softly, though his remark makes her brow furrow* I'd hope that wasn't in question, Blazer. Passing out in the Nexus is generally not recommended. *more amusement creeps into her tone* And that's Tessera you have there.
Blazer: *startles again slightly and turns his head* Auspex? Why... I missed our call. *wince* I'm sorry.
Tessera: Blazer! ^_^ *happy happy happy happy....*
Auspex: *shrugs minutely* It's all right, I was only concerned that you didn't respond. I called Rodimus Prime, and he explained that you had used your hard light abilities again. Primus also indicated it might be a good time to visit your reality, and so I have. Though I've discovered that chiproaches behave very strangely around the Autobot data-chips. *she eyes Tessera with (mostly) mock-wariness*
Blazer: *chuckles and lets the little recorder bot free* You've seen some chip wrestling matches, huh?
*moves slightly in a way that suggests that he's still not feeling a hundred percent despite being hooked to an energy feed.* Yes... a femme was looking for a body for a friend. Primus said it was alright... but I might have overdone it on the bells and whistles. *smiles* Have you gotten to see anything or meet anyone?
Tessera: *scampers down his chest and over the edge of his berth, her happy babble following her all the way*
Auspex: *nods slightly, her optics tracking the chiproach* She chased several away, and she's very proud of herself. None of the little ones seemed the worse for it, but it does puzzle me quite a bit.
*Tessera scrambles out of sight for a moment, and Auspex returns her gaze to Blazer's face*
'Might have overdone it'? I suppose that's one way of putting it. *she is wearing a fond smile to offset her scolding* Rodimus, Springer, and Ironhide have all come to check on you, and I did talk with them for a little while. I've met this reality's Ironhide before, but it's strange to see him 'living' here, again... Springer is charmingly flippant, though politely so, however he manages that. He and Rodimus have much in common. *she chuckles softly again* Oriana, of course, I know.
Blazer: It's just what Datasprites and Chiproaches do. There's no real reason for it anymore.
*he looks sheepish at her gaze, but only smiles again. He knows she would have done the same thing if she could.* You should see Ironhide around his creations. And... *soft laughter* Don't let Rodimus and Springer hear you say that.
Auspex: *knows that he knows that, and is content. Still, she can sense weariness with his cheer; she shouldn't talk for too long* I can imagine. He strikes me as one who would be quite doting on his constructs. Still, a construct created after one has died... *she blinks* I'm still attempting to reconcile that.
*more chuckling* I doubt they would believe it, anyway.
Blazer: *turns his head to look toward the ceiling... and the Datasprite that's watching Tessera. Brow quirk as he wryly wonders when she's going to pounce, but he doesn't say anything about the little stalker, instead replying to his sister's words* Stored spark coding and specs. And... they know it. But they'd still argue and complain about the comment for hours after you made it.
Tessera: *contentedly licking the floor*
Auspex: *is still trying to get used to the sense of many sparks she can't necessarily see... she's given up on trying to track down all of them, so she hasn't looked up* Well, yes, I know how it works, but it's still a rather an alien concept to me. *she only nods in agreement to his remark about his leaders, but the glow of amusement in her optics brightens slightly*
Blazer: *aand there she goes. He watches the little winged Autobot drop like a stone... and miss her target by nearly a human foot*
Tessera: :o *badbug!* *happy happy POUNCE PUMMEL happy happy*
Blazer: *shakes head, and then gives Auspex a sympathetic look, though his own optics and spark hold their own weary twinkle of amusement*
Auspex: *makes a little noise of surprise at the tiny blur that drops from the ceiling, then watches her little charge pounce on it with bemusement* And yet, she's still happy. *shakes her head, with a rueful smile*
Blazer: *optics flicker a bit as his systems try to slip back into recharge, frowns slightly and puts up a hand to rub one with a finger* She's fulfilling her function. Nearly everyone who fought because of hating has stopped. But the chipbots never hated. They're just following their programming.
Tessera: ^_^ *thump pummel! Is thumped and pummeled... pauses to kiss the other little bug and then whacks her again*
Auspex: *still shaking her head, brow quirked* Strange little things...
*she glances up at Blazer, with a bit of a frown* But you are still depleted. I shouldn't keep you from recharging.
Blazer: *sighs and feels apologetic, knowing that she'll pick it up. Then he lifts his head slightly and looks toward the door as it swishes open a few inches to let a quizzical blue optic peek through* ...Oriana 2, what are you doing?
O2: :o *dismay! She hadn't meant to be seen; had only intended to check on her teacher and make sure he was okay.*
Nova: *impatience and concern as she stands behind her friend*
Blazer: *sighs and lets his head drop back as he looks at Auspex* Do you mind them for a few clicks? They're worried.
Auspex: *reluctant to keep him up, but his new visitors will, anyway. She tilts her head at them, with a faint smile* Of course I don't mind. They have reasons for their concern.
Blazer: *smiles at her affectionately, and then lifts a hand and beckons to the little ones*
O2: *slips inside followed by Nova and Joe... and then goes to one knee to separate Chiproach and Datasprite* Guys... not in the sickroom, okay? Dad's in his office feeling bored. Go play there.
Blazer: *gently* That's Auspex's Chiproach.
O2: *looks up with an :o of surprise* Oh, I'm sorry.
Nova: *on toes and scowling blackly as she tries to determine if her teacher's okay from the foot of his berth*
Auspex: *watches the little entourage curiously. Rodimus' and Panacea's Oriana 2, she recognizes; after a moment of studying the other sparklet's features, she realizes she must be Ironhide's offspring - though her guarded nature is rather a surprise. As for the reptilian creature... well, that's a very odd sort of face to see here. Who and what is he?*
*her gaze travels to Tessera and wrestle-mate, as Oriana separates them, a smile lighting her optics* Tessera can go where she will - though I did promise Laserbeak that I would watch over her. I'm not sure how closely he meant, in such a case as this. *her smile faintly creeps down to her lips*
Oriana 2: *gives the white femme her father's grin as she holds out the chirping Chiproach* If Laserbeak gives you somebody, they're part of your family. *she glances at the two little soft coloured spybirds who are peeking into the room*
Blazer: *softly, feeling himself fading toward recharge despite himself* Auspex, you've met Oriana 2. And this is Nova... Ironhide and Chromia's daughter. *slight frown* Where is your brother?
Nova: *affection rises up behind her scowl* Sleepin' with Mama 'n Daddy. I wasn' tired.
Blazer: *nods and gives the little soldier a reassuring smile, then continues his introduction* And this is Joe. He's an ambassador of sorts, from another reality.
Nova: *glances up at her newest friend* He's a good Meredronian.
Joe: *creases eyes in a smile as he murmurs a shy greeting to Auspex*
Tessera: *happy....*
Auspex: *accepts the chiproach with a slight nod, peering at her smilingly as she reasserts her happiness* All right, then.
*she nods to Nova and Joe in turn, optics flickering slightly at the mention of his species. Ah, so this is a Meredronian. She offers a friendly smile* I'm pleased to meet you both.
*she glances at Blazer again, sensing his faltering attempts to stay alert. She raises a brow at him* Blazer is fine, I think, but he's falling into recharge again... *her smile turns rueful*
Oriana 2: *looks at her teacher soberly before scooting over and hopping up to give him a quick hug and kiss on the cheek, her affection and sympathy loud and clear. Then she hops down again, gives Auspex another brief squeeze, and herds her retinue from the room, closing the door behind them.*
Blazer: *back in recharge before the sparklets and Joe have left the room, his expression showing his weariness*
Tessera: Ooooo! *happy! Scoots out of Auspex's hand and heads for her bed.*
Auspex: *is a little surprised at the abrupt decision to leave, but then, Blazer does look tired. Her smile widens as she returns Oriana's little hug, and she nods at the others as they make their way out again. She turns back to Blazer, intending to say good-bye, herself - and blinkblinks as she sees he's recharging again. She laughs softly* ...Right. I think this is my cue to go back home.
*she offers Tessera a scritch as the little one goes to bed, then quietly stands and makes her way out of the room, glancing back once, with a fond smile. He still seems so young....
With a mirthful shake of the head, she's out the door*
Oriana: *looking over the back of the living room couch* Did we just get invaded?
Auspex: *blinks, somewhat startled* If two sparklets and a Meredronian is an invasion....
Oriana: *chuckles* And two spybirds, and a few more chipbots while the door was open. *head tilt to look at the taller femme* Is he awake?
Auspex: *amused* I suppose those count, too, yes. *she frowns slightly at the younger fem's question* He was, but he dropped off again in mid-visit with them. I thought perhaps I would just let him recharge now.
Oriana: *relieved* So you're going now? *slightly disappointed to see her go, but understanding*
Auspex: *a ghost of a shadow crosses her face for a moment* I'm still somewhat wary about leaving my sanctuary for too long a time, if I am not needed elsewhere. I should see to it soon, but I will stay for a little while, if you'd rather. *she offers a sympathetic smile*
Oriana: *hops over the back of the couch with the grace of a tomboy or a soldier, and then walks over and offers Auspex a hug* You can always come back. I'll see you then. *smiles, and despite the differences in features and gender it's still very much an Optimus smile*
Auspex: *stoops a bit to return the gesture, nodding, grateful for her understanding* Very well, then. Take care, and tell Blazer good-bye for me, I suppose. *with another little chuckle and a wave, she makes her exit*
