So I was looking for the legal age for receiving tattoos, and then I found Lawstuff.

Legal age is 18 without parental concent obviously. You can get one at any age with detailed parental consent ie, a letter detailing exactly what you're allowed to get. So as long as they know exactly what you want and are okay with it, you can have one below 18.

Yeh, only time I ever paid attention in legal studies.
