WHAT! Oh my goodness @_@;; Although, I'd understand. Sometimes I do get the vibe that students just want to pass the subject and the grades I give them are supposed to be "negotiable". Criticism seems such a sensitive topic. Then again, I wonder if I was as sensitive to criticism back then too. :))

Anyhoo, Raydonski! Thanks for sharing; it's surprising (and strangely comforting) to know that this isn't just something that happens in the academe. O_o;

well, ria-chan, don't expect everybody to be an intellectual, or even at least sensible, i often say. i know you miss those conserved talks we'd have walking around going nowhere and doing nothing cuz at least it meant someplace there were sane people talking about those things too.

it prolly all means life goes on from topic to topic and change is a welcome understatement.
