Okay guys, so I went apartment viewing and I think I have it narrowed down to two places that I possibly want to apply for. Now I have to  make my decision within the next couple days, and both places have pros and cons - so I'm not sure which one to choose. SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND DECIDE WHAT WOULD BE BEST.

Apartment 1: Bob Dylan's Pad
Rent: 450-500 per Month
Website: Classic City Apartments
Utilities Paid for: Heat, Water, Electricity
Roommate #: 4 Roommates

Pros
- Smaller Apartment building, definite security system
- Pay for own room, no worry about roommates
- Pretty...yes this is a pro stfu
- Flower gardens!
- Gas Stove
- All Girl Apartment rooms (no co-ed assignment)
- Very well maintained
- No Smoking in building
- Has the old fashion brick building feel
- Hardwood floors
 Cons
- Must pay for Internet with Roommates - as in if your roommate skips out on payment you have to foot the bill or go without
- $450 Security Deposit
- No AC or have to get an AC machine yourself
- No Financial Aid Deferment, I have to borrow money to pay for the the deposit and possibly the first month rent
- Laundry in building, but it's $1 per Wash load and $1 per Dryer

Apartment 2: Stadium View
Rent: 649 per Month
Website: Stadium View
Utlities Paid For: Heat, Water, Electricity, Internet, Washer/Dryer
Roommate #: 3 Roommates

Pros
- Pay for Own Room
- Washer/Dryer in Apartment
- Free Internet, computer lab
- Study Areas
- Fitness area
- Fully Furnished - it's right out of an Ikea catalog!
- Have to be a student to live here
- Has a super modern feel to itCons
- CORPORATE BEAST. No really, this place EMBODIES it.
- It's...ridiculously big, so I have no way of knowing who is going in and out. The landlord list is over a dozen people okay
- A bit on the edge towards a rough neighborhood
- Have to have a co-signer...which is kinda ridiculous when I'll be 23 on Friday and i have a good renters history
- No idea if the apartments are co-ed or not
- It's one of those places that has this...feeling like you're waiting for the catch....all the time.
Both Places
- About the same distance from campus, just on opposite sides of it. And both are next to bus lines so there's no pro or con there
- I can afford them them both, though the first one would leave me with a lot more money...but that might end up going to my bills so and such
- Pay for your own room deal
- 12 month leases

SO UM YEAH...PLEASE HELP ME DECIDE?

Poll What Apartment Should I go for?And that's it, thank you very much guys!
