I'LL BE NICE AND SAY THE ANSWERS FOR BOTH.

On Rude: Before Paradisa, Rude was easily the most important person to Reno. The muse would go on and on about how awesome Rude is, but that would just take all day. They are heterosexual life partners yo.

In Paradisa - honestly I REALLY wish I could change his price - but Reno is a muse with NOTHING ELSE to lose except - like his ability to drink alcohol. And that'd be too mean. That aside, Rude is still really important to Reno. He's met Rude, he knows his price, he knows that Rude is really important to him back home - therefore he's convinced himself that Rude is really important to him here too. He's torn between wanting Rude to show up again so he can get to know him more, or letting him stay home so he can be with a BFF that still remembers him.

On Tseng: Probably the second most important person to Reno. He's the boss, and the one who makes all the calls that Reno doesn't want to. He has a lot of respect for Tseng. But at the same time, he worries about the guy when it comes to

OKAY. LETS GO WITH THE ONES YOU SEE HIM INTERACTING WITH.

In General: They are his younger siblings. When someone joins the Turks, he considers them on some level family (like Cissnei does). He is the senior Turk that looks after the rookies the most, and acts as a mentor to them. He will never openly admit his feelings towards the Turks, his hatred for sentimentality prevents him from such.

But despite this - his line of thinking is a lot like Rinali in DGM. When he is asked to see the world, he sees the people he knows. He'd also help them without hesitation, and get pissed if they thanked him later. To him, it's just EXPECTED that you help your comrades. Thanking him would be just like you weren't expecting it. He misses not being and working with most of them since the end of BC.

Elena: They have complete personality clashings constantly. This was probably the rookie that it took him the longest to warm up to. However he eventually did, and he

Between BC and VII, Reno's lived through two near apocalypses.

All he can really say is they are just a pain in the ass.

OKAY HERE WE GO:

Zack: He doesn't understand Zack. He finds it very strange how this guy can act so chipper all the time, and still be more mature than him. He's not a huge fan of being called a kid either, because he's a loser that likes to believe he isn't one. At the same time, Zack reminds him a LOT of Ravi. Which is probably why Allen keeps talking to him, Allen is a sucker for the Ravi-types. He is also starting to grow fond of the guy, slowly but surely.

Sex: I WISH I COULD SAY IT FREAKS HIM OUT - but it doesn't. After three years with Cross, Allen is pretty well verse in sex stuff. However due to his age and the fact his mind is else where, sex is just not a priority at all for him. He finds girls cute, and likes mini-skirts as that one interview revealed - but 90% of the time Allen's mind is not thinking about sex. And that 10% of the time simply because...he's a teenage boy.
