Right, none of that was directed at you guys, but rather at the asswipes commenting on one of the featured videos on youtube today about the crisis in Darfur.
Half of them are self-promoting, which is lame enough, but others are saying crap like 'those people need to learn to support themselves rather than relying on aid!' or 'It's just Africa, who cares?'
BITCHES, ALL OF YOU. The Darfurians WERE supporting themselves, they were growing crops and had well established villages! The reason they need aid now is because THERES A GODDAMN GENOCIDE GOING ON! How can they support themselves when they're being systematically killed and displaced?
And also, THEY'RE PEOPLE YOU BASTARDS! THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD CARE! Jesus Christ, how people can be that blatantly uncaring just boggles my mind.
So, yeah, that's my rant for the day.
In other news, my dorm room is six kinds of amazing, my roomates rock, I really want an avocado, classes start tomorrow and I'm already behind. SUPER FUN TIMES.
