Thanks. To be frank, I'm a little leery of actually forcing removal rather than getting it removed by default through popular mandate, but I'm probably not in the majority there. But I imagine many others will be more than eager to sign it, so thanks again for the link.

The linking of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jew is certainly the positive way to go. But this link came up so I thought I would include it. I agree there is the free speech issue but I hate when groups like these hide behind the Bill of Rights and the Constitution to spread their hate and violence.

I hate it too. But I hate censorship more. However, the reason I'm only a little leery here is that it's technically not a free-speech issue. They have every right to put up that page, and no-one is going to force them to take it down. All the petition is saying is that it should be removed from the Google search engine. Google, as a corporation, is under no obligation to index the page -- and the courts have always upheld a narrower standard in such cases. So my reaction is more visceral than logical with regards to the petition. Logically, it in no way affects the rights of the web-page creators. We have the freedom of expression, not the guarantee of access to methods of dissemination. So there's really no reason not to sign except the visceral.
