The boots were not supposed to have a zipper. They did. They ignored three emails from me on how to exchange for all stretch boots. Finally got a response that I could return but would have to pay a 25% restocking fee!!!!!!  Sent fourth email stating that i did not want a return i wanted an exchange and i did not want to pay 25% to return boots

WOW! I would say if they don't refund your money that you call the credit card company (assuming that's how you paid) and file a complaint with them.
