a professor sent out this application for the Great White Shark Trust in South Africa. They need research assistants to photograph and bait sharks. it seemed very interesting...

i remember seeing this special on shark attacks in south africa, particularly in the Durban area a while back. the only reason it became such a problem is because of some crazy fishing thing that had moved closer to the public beaches. just don't get cut and start to bleed in the water, or wear bright orange life jackest...that color for some reason attracts the sharks. then again i don't think i've ever been stuck in shark infested waters...baiting sharks....sounds like something to write home about
