Today after work I stopped by a 7-11 and got some doritos, ho-hos and a coke and then went home, all good right? well I get there and my dad is home early from work and I put my lunch and the junk food in the kitchen and he sees it and starts ranting to me about how bad junk food is for me and I really hate when he does that because I'm old

It's hard when parents overstep when you're an adult. It actually still happens with me and my parents from time to time and makes me crazy.

I so feel like you. My problems with my dad isn't about junk food, but mostly about what time I should go to sleep and how much I should use the computer. But I'm 30 for fuck's sake! I should decide on my own what to do with my life. Unfortunately sometimes parents overstep, even though it's out of love. I'd like to move out too, but I've got no job and no money right now.

I get that he tells me all of this because he cares for me but I'm old enough to know what the fuck I want to eat or not and it's not like I only eat junk food I also eat healthy food.

My mom nags me about every little thing she can and it annoys the fuck out of me but I can't do anything. I surely as hell don't have enough money to live on my own either...so wish I could. *sigh* So I totally get you :(
