Little pleasures

I've just figured out how to make a good hot chocolate at work. This pleases me more than it should :-}; I'm slightly worried it'll reverse the weight loss I've managed since starting this job (presumably from biking to Alewife on a regular basis).

:-}.

Suggested to me by a coworker, so there's no cleverness here, just pleasure. The key thing to know here is that we have espresso machines and just recently got dark chocolate chips available in the microkitchens. So you steam some milk until it's hot enough to melt the chocolate, and dump in a scoop (I'm still working on the proportions) of the chips, and mix. That counts as real hot chocolate (which Swiss Miss, which is pretty much what is provided by default, does not). And there's syrup flavorings as well (those are brought in by coworkers, not company provided), so if I get bored with just plain good hot chocolate I can branch out.

My company is very cruel to its employees :-z :-}.

I suspect you're right. They didn't specify the amount of chocolate chips to use :-}.
