For the record, I am extremely frustrated with this stupid thigh/leg thing. It means that I can't do any movement while exercising that involves going into a "squat" position. FUCK! There goes a good half of the exercises that I want to do! For crying out loud, why couldn't I have had, I don't know, a strain or a pulled ligament? Maybe a bad cold ( Read more... )
