Not fact. For some people it doesn't take that time and effort. Some people have much different appetites naturally or the same appetite but different metabolism. Cooking healthily may be the way they learned how to cook and it's as easy for them as it is for people who learned how to cook unhealthily to continue with that.
I also know a lot of skinny people who are totally not fit. They don't work out to lose weight, they just either don't eat that much or have higher metabolisms naturally.
I personally love how being active makes me feel. I get so much happier when I'm active on a regular basis. And I do find people with skills attractive, whether it's something that will directly benefit me or not. Someone who has studied massage? Yeah! Someone who knows all about airplanes? Well, I love it when people are passionate about something, I don't really care what. But knowledge is awesome and makes me find them more attractive as a person.
