Didn't we have a couple episodes in which Ryan demonstrated that he was stronger than the other Power Rangers? That thing where Rangers get weaker when they switch from bad to good aside, why would you put your strongest guy on evacuating civilians when you're up against an opponent of unknown strength? And when it proves stronger than you'd expected, why would you know call him back in to help ( ... )
